Terms and Conditions

By registering as an AG vendor, sponsor or instructor, you are agreeing to the following terms, conditions, and minimum participation requirements:

Vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. All vendor cancellation requests must be made in writing.  E-mail is acceptable.

Monetary refunds will not be issued and 100% vendor booth credit for future event fees will be granted up to 30 days prior to the published event dates.

Cancellations requested during the 30 days prior to the published event dates will be granted 50% credit towards future event fees.

I will participate in at least bi-weekly promotion of the event to all my customers and followers with graphics and templates provided by AG.

I will follow AG guidelines for promoting the event.

I will submit all requested materials on time, including but not limited to: class proposals, class handouts, files, bag stuffers, and completed forms.

I will staff my booth or make arrangements to staff my booth during published vendor hours.

AG is a family-friendly event. I will not display profanity, nudity, or other controversial materials in my booth or classroom materials.
