A: Registration is non-refundable unless you added Purchase Protection* when you registered. You may sell or transfer your registration** to a substitute attendee of your choice through December 31, 2023.

Q: What should I bring with me?
A: Our sessions and live demos are all virtual, so you can sit back, learn, and enjoy from any computer, anywhere! LIVE demos will have a materials list posted ahead of time, if you would like to work along with the instructor.
Q: Can I purchase a ticket after October 19th?
A: Yes, you may purchase an ALL-ACCESS ticket through December 31, 2024.
Q: Are the classes for beginners only?
A: Both beginner and intermediate/advanced level classes will be offered. A variety of classes will be offered for those who are just getting started as well as intermediate/advanced level classes for more experienced attendees and small-business owners.

The Virtual Getaway offers a variety of pre-recorded class sessions as well as LIVE demos for various skill levels, all taught by your favorite industry experts! Handouts and “cheat sheets” will be available for download. Come learn about embroidery, applique, vinyl, heat presses and more!
